The Lottery contract Administrative law thing I've been talking about has finally been released by the Director.

The two big things to notice is that the Director is suggesting the rates stay the same (disappointed both education advocates who wanted commissions lower and retailers who wanted commissions higher) and that the contract is 6 years long. The decision is likely to be made on Friday whether to go with the Director's recommendation or do something different.
