1/3 of the Way to Graduation

Now just wait one damn minute here, I thought law school was only 3 years long so how is it that I am just now only 1/3 of the way to graduation? There are three actual requirements to graduate with a law degree from Willamette.

1. 90 credits while meeting the GPA requirements
2. Research Writing Requirement
3. Practical Writing Requirement

Last night I received an email from the ever-lovely Phom Chao in Student Services

"Ross,
Your graduation writing requirement has been recorded to your transcript. Should you need an updated unofficial transcript, please stop by Student Services.
Phom"

My paper was an argument against the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act and for a return to state control of gaming regulations. I wrote it in conjunction with my gaming law class last semester but had to make some edits and put it in a fancy notebook (which of course took almost all this semester as it sat on my desk mocking me). So there, one of the three requirements is complete; I'm a third of the way to graduation.
